Proficient swimmers in Tucson and Phoenix progress naturally because they study correct techniques and practice under the watchful eye of a certified Dolphins of the Desert Coach or Teacher. For every swimmer, it involves identifying poor technique and learning how to feel the right way to swim. For the specialized swimmer, the tri-athlete, the long-distance or open-water swimmer, it means developing customized training programs through the Swimming Academy’s experts for successful goal achievement.
